Brookfarm is an intergenerational, Australian-owned, family business that started over 20 years ago, when Pam and Martin Brook morphed an old dairy farm in Byron Bay into an environmentally restorative macadamia farm. Through trial and error, the duo created the perfect macadamia-based product – macadamia muesli.
Brookfarm may have grown, but its ethos has remained – making premium quality macadamia-centred products that give back to the planet.

This mix was created in honour of Mick Hull, Pam Brook’s father. Mick was a legendary ski pioneer who climbed Victoria’s highest alps until he was 82. Mick always packed a home-made blend of delicious chocolate, fruit and nuts which we have recreated for your enjoyment.
This homemade blend features Belgium dark chocolate and oven roasted Australian macadamias with premium pistachios, almonds, dried cranberries, muscatel grapes and seeds in a light dusting of Australian pink lake salt.
Perfect for high energy snacking.

Behind the brand
How they do good
Based on the ideas of regenerative agriculture, Brookfarm uses farming principles that push for a healthier ecosystem. This sustainable focus runs through everything Brookfarm does, including its packaging – which is a world-first – to the 288 solar panels that help fuel its bakehouse. The company is also committed to creating jobs in regional communities, with over 70 local staff across three facilities.
Sustainable Practices
Having rehabilitated an ancient sub-tropical rainforest, planted over 4,500 macadamia trees and 45,000 native trees, sustainability is at the heart of Brookfarm.
Sustainable Packaging
Brookfarm changed the game with its world-first Roll 'N' Recycle packaging that can be recycled using at-home recycling bins.
Conscious
Brookfarm supports hundreds of local and national initiatives, including Banjum Aboriginal Corporation, Rainforest Rescue and Sea Shepherd.
Responsible Sourcing
Brookfarm employs regenerative agriculture principles which cuts down on any nasties, letting nature work its symbiotic magic. This leads to a healthier planet and local ecosystem.
Inclusion
Family owned and run, Brookfarm focuses on boosting its community and the planet.
