Lake Deborah Pure Lake Salt has been sustainably harvested by the Lister family since 1944, ensuring the lake’s preservation for future generations. Produced by the WA Salt Group, the fresh crystal layers are collected each season, following environmentally responsible practices. The salt is then screened, dried, and packaged in compostable bags at their North Coogee facility for local and international markets. Naturally pure and rich in flavor, it enhances every dish with the essence of the Australian landscape.
