Using organically grown olives and small batch produced, our Extra Virgin Olive Oil showcases some of the incredible produce from this lucky country. Sustainably and organically grown and processed (chemical free, zero nasties, all natural), the olives are harvested and go straight from the trees to the mill within hours, retaining their nutritional values and flavour.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is sourced from a family owned and operated grove with more than seven generations of farming history in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. The region is well known for producing some incredible wines, truffles and produce so it is no surprise that it also delivers exceptional olives and olive oil.

This limited-edition features Leccino, Frantoio and Coratina olive varieties, comprising a typical ‘Tuscan’ blend, varieties that are well suited to thrive in the Great Southern climate and terroir. Aromatic and fruity with a peppery finish it is perfect for dipping, dunking, drizzling and dressing but mellow enough that you can also use it in everyday cooking to elevate your dishes.
