Brookfarm is an intergenerational, Australian-owned, family business that started over 20 years ago, when Pam and Martin Brook morphed an old dairy farm in Byron Bay into an environmentally restorative macadamia farm. Through trial and error, the duo created the perfect macadamia-based product – macadamia muesli. Brookfarm may have grown, but its ethos has remained – making premium quality macadamia-centred products that give back to the planet.
